Specifically required for those who have a desire to open their own office and have other salespersons working for them. The course is an in depth review of the salesperson course with additional emphasis placed upon the management of and the proper supervision of a real estate office. Also included are the requirements for management of the funds of others that are held in a fiduciary capacity.

To be eligible one must be licensed and have worked full time as a real estate salesperson for at least 3 years immediately preceding this course.
